Common questions before buying
What happens if I exceed a project or storage limit?
The dashboard shows usage. You can clean up projects or move to a higher plan before limits start blocking work.
Does the client need an account?
No. A client can open a private project link without creating an account, optionally protected with a PIN.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You manage the subscription in the dashboard. After cancellation, the app clearly explains active access and archive options.
What happens to data after cancellation?
During an active subscription you have online archive access within plan limits. After it ends, you can renew or pay for online archive retention.
Premium add-on
Budevo Studio as a premium add-on
For selected projects you can add professional visual documentation: photo, video, drone, 360 and interactive 3D for selected areas or stages. Studio is a separate service and does not replace the Premium plan.
Scope and pricing depend on the project, location and number of visits.
Add-ons and notes
- During an active subscription, projects stay available online within plan limits.
- After a paid subscription ends, you can renew access or buy paid online archive retention; data export will be communicated separately once it is available in the product.
- SaaS plans are independent from Budevo Studio documentation — Studio is a separate premium add-on.
